RULES & REGULATIONS

  • As per guidelines of Dhanamanjuri University, there shall be a university examination at the end of each semester.
  • The degrees offered by the Dhanamanjuri University on successful completion of the courses shall be known as Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Commerce (M.Com).
  • The duration of the degree courses in these courses shall be 3 years spread over 6 semesters for Bachelor Degrees and 2 years with 4 semesters for Master Degree.
  • For B.Com. Course, specialization paper will be introduced in the fourth semester. Each student shall have to opt for two specialization groups consisting of three papers each. For M.Com. Course, specialization papers will be introduced from the 3rd semester onwards.
  • The fifth semester students of B.Com and BBA shall have to submit a dissertation in quadruplicate to the Principal of the college at least one month before the commencement of the fifth semester examination. The submission of the dissertation will be in the final semester in the case of M.Com. students.
  • As a step to ensure regularity of the students, those students who fail to secure 75% attendance in the first 2 months of every semester, will not be allowed to appear the University Examination of the semester concerned. Relaxation will be given only under exceptional circumstances.
  • The examination for each semester will consist of internal assessment (20 marks) and written examination (80 marks) for BBA Course and 25 marks and 75 marks respectively for M.Com. Course. There is no such internal assessment for B.Com. Course.
